Updates...
Just to summarize what we have been working on for the past two weeks. First, you’ll find important course documents on the top of the page labeled “documents.” There are also tabs for academic calendar, important links, and the CD Handbook.
With regard to the class activities, by now, everybody should have completed his/her blog entry on the 1st year challenges and posted a comment on at least one classmate’s blog. Wednesday group also began blogging about differences between high school and college as well as their expectations about college. Tuesday group will complete this activity next week on 10/12/10. Also, don’t be surprised if you receive a comment from a “stranger.” Remember, students from Prof. Dauz’ Group Dynamics class will join our blog conversation and were asked to post comments as appropriate. Most of them have been at LaGCC for three semesters or more and know the college, student life, and college expectations very well. Do not hesitate to ask them questions if you have any.
